Location
In the interdigital grooves of the forepaw, dorsal surface — three points per limb (between digits 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5).
Landmark: Interdigital grooves on the dorsal forepaw.
Actions and Indications
Clears damp-heat from the paw and reduces swelling and itching.
Needling
Shallow 0.2-0.5 cm, or a small bleed.
Cautions
A sensitive area — the animal will usually pull the paw away.
