Location
On the facial midline, in the philtrum below the nose at the ventral border of the nostrils.
Landmark: Philtrum below the nose.

Restores consciousness immediately and stimulates respiration — the principal resuscitation point.
Needling
Oblique cranially toward the nose, 0.2-0.5 cm, then strong stimulation by rotating or lifting the needle; in an emergency finger pressure works.
Cautions
Use alongside standard resuscitation, never instead of it.
