Location
1.5 cun lateral to the dorsal midline at the 1st intercostal space (T1-T2 level).
Landmark: 1st intercostal space beside the epaxial muscles.

Influential point of bone; frees the neck and shoulder.
Needling
Oblique 45 degrees toward the midline, 0.5-1 cm.
Cautions
Never perpendicular and deep — pneumothorax risk.
